The Bordentown Street Fair has evolved into the Steel Mill Street Fair. Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 10:00 am-5:00 pm on the historic Roebling Museum grounds in Roebling, Florence Township, NJ. One day only (rain date May 18th). Always FREE Admission. The same Bordentown Street Fair you’ve known and loved since 1977 at a new enhanced location! Help us celebrate Armed Forces Day with a 10:30 am Honor Parade & Wreath-Laying Ceremony, a 12:30 Patriotic Pet Costume Parade and a 2 pm Cornhole Tournament. Plus all the fun, family friendly Food, Shopping and Entertainment the Street Fair is known for. Did we mention that it is now pet friendly too with plenty of free parking; next to the River Line Roebling Train Station?

Last year the City of Bordentown unexpectedly bid “adieu” to the Bordentown Street Fair. Our chamber of commerce has been the event organizers for the Street Fair since 1977. For 2024, we moved the event down to Roebling and were able to continue this much-anticipated spring tradition and still hold it on the third weekend in May less than 5 miles south – one short 5-minute River Line stop away from Bordentown City!
Our new location in Roebling proved to be FABULOUS for both guests and vendors with much more stress-free parking, transportation options and food choices. We are excited to continue in our new location, pedal to the floor and not looking back!
Get ready for the Steel Mill Street Fair (our 46th) to be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 with a rain date of Sunday, May 18th from 10 am – 5 pm in historic Roebling. Our new location on the beautiful sprawling grounds of the Roebling Museum, site of the famous John A. Roebling Steel Mill, gives us the ability to offer a much more intimate, festive and stress-free experience for our guests and vendors by featuring new amenities made possible at this unique site. The rechristened Steel Mill Street Fair will have expanded food choices, new attractions plus more time for families to enjoy all the shopping, dining and free entertainment expected at the renowned 46th May Street Fair.
The River Line Roebling Train Station, directly adjacent to the new venue, provides additional handicap accessible transportation opportunities and the Village of Roebling, on the National Register of Historic Places, offers increased, close and free parking options. Our Chamber of Commerce especially wants to thank Florence Township and Roebling Museum for their support in keeping the May Street Fair tradition alive for future families to enjoy. Proceeds from the Street Fair allows us to continue our decade-long tradition of awarding business scholarships to local high school seniors at Bordentown Regional, Northern Burlington and Florence Township High Schools. We will continue celebrating Armed Forces Day, the same 3rd Saturday in May as our Street Fair and host a Patriotic Pet Parade.
