William Ryan
Since the chambers’ inception almost 50 years ago first as the Bordentown Chamber of Commerce to our present name – Burlington Mercer Chamber of Commerce, we have been recognized and respected for our impressive stature in the community. With our record of extraordinary economic and community development through the years and our rich legacy of leadership, be assured the BMCC will continue to build in the Greater Burlington and Mercer Region and surrounding areas.
We are an active chamber that looks to advance its members’ growth and prosperity, and provide increased opportunities and value for its membership. The Chamber advocates for and unites the business community, conveys business interests to policy-makers and advances the region’s economic health. To carry out this mission, the Chamber serves as the voice of business and involves the public sector in community leadership.
Our Chamber’s focus is in helping our members and future members make valuable business connections and learn about issues that directly affect them. We provide many unique monthly networking opportunities for our members. Besides luncheons, breakfasts and evening events we host special events during the year including the Annual Street Fair (46th year in May!), our fall Business Expo and our new fun Pizza Fest. Proceeds from these events have provided thousands of dollars in Business Scholarship money to local high school seniors over the years.
